We're a small online store, so we answer questions in writing. That way you get the right answer, with the manual in front of us.

Chat: the quickest way to get answers about products is the chat in the corner of every page. It knows every model we carry, with its price, specifications and installation manual.

Phone: 604-916-8712. This is a recorded information line. It doesn't take calls or messages; it points you back here, to the chat and to our email.

Pickup: 1380 Pemberton Ave, North Vancouver, BC, by appointment only. When your "ready" email arrives, reply with two or three one-hour slots that suit you (Tuesday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm) and we'll confirm one. It's a warehouse for collecting orders, not a showroom, so there's nothing on display.
