Plug-in models need only a standard outlet. If yours is hard-wired or runs on 240V, any licensed electrical contractor can connect it: ask for a dedicated circuit for an electric fireplace and give them the installation manual on this page. We don’t recommend or arrange electricians.
The Regency Ei25 is a 25-inch electric insert for an existing fireplace opening, with three-sided and four-sided finishing trims in the box so the install can be completed without extra parts. Chromalight LED gives orange and red flames over a fuel bed in 13 colours, with top-down lighting. It suits a smaller fireplace that is no longer burning wood or gas.

Before you buy
- Pickup only. Order online and collect at our warehouse at 1380 Pemberton Ave, North Vancouver, by appointment, Tuesday to Friday. We do not ship or deliver.
- Buy and install yourself. We do not offer installation or service with this purchase.
- Heats at 1,400 W (5,000 BTU) on 120V or 2,800 W (9,500 BTU) on 240V. A 240V or hard-wired connection must be made by a licensed electrician, and Regency requires a non-combustible surround at 240V. Whether the 120V connection is plug-in or hard-wired, and the minimum fireplace opening, are being confirmed with Regency.
- Nothing else is required to finish the install. Optional extras, sold separately: faceplates and surrounds.
- Boxed size and weight: confirmation pending. Unit dimensions and weight are also being confirmed with the manufacturer. Please check them with us before you plan your vehicle or your framing.
